Article 4 Use of Google Maps

(1) We use Google Maps services on this website. This enables us to display interactive maps directly on our website, providing you with ease of use of the map function.

(2) When accessing the website, Google receives the information that you accessed the corresponding page on our website. In addition, the data specified in Article 3 of this privacy policy is transmitted. This happens irrespective of whether Google provides a user account you are logged into or there is no user account. If you are logged into your Google account, your data will be directly correlated with your account. You need to log out of your account prior to activating the button if you want to avoid the association with your Google profile. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses these for advertising purposes, market research and/or demand-actuated design of its website. Article 5 Use of Web Fonts

(1) Our web pages use so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When accessing a page, your browser loads the required web fonts in your browser storage to correctly display texts and fonts. To do so, your browser needs to contact the Google servers. This provides Google with the information that our website was accessed from your IP address. Article 6 Storage Period of Personal Data

The storage period of personal data follows the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods according commercial and taxation law). After expiration of the retention period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of a contract and/or we have no further legitimate interest in its continued storage.
